Turnaround Times

With Polished Shoes being a bespoke business, there are a lot of plates that I have to spin alongside being a Mum. This does mean that unfortunately, I am unable to spend all day working on your horseshoes. My turnaround time will vary depending on the amount of commisions I have on order as well as other factors.

A rough turnaround time at the moment is 15-20 weeks, this takes into account the time it takes for our handmade frames to be made too.

Each order is completly bespoke and every horseshoe is different, there are a lot of factors that have to be taken into account when working through commisions. I don't want to rush any of my work as I believe each shoe is so precious and needs to have my undivided attention. 

I will now be offering 4 slots a month for an 'expedited service' which will have an added fee on top of my prices. Please feel free to message me to ask for any further details.
